For all other delivery options (e.g. J&T or Speedpost), please bear in mind the delivery time will be between 5 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS (business day defined as excluding weekends and public holidays). You will also need to contact the platform customer service yourself should you need to change your delivery address once the parcel has been picked up.
All delivery rescheduling for J&T or Speedpost will need to be directed to Shopee customer service, or the Courier company.
